1. Shipping Destinations We primarily serve customers in Europe. You can select your country/region during the checkout process.
2. Order Processing Time
Processing Window: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Cut-off Time: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting the next business day.
Status Updates: You will be notified via email of any unexpected delays in processing your order.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Time We partner with trusted logistics providers (including DHL, UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post) to ensure fast and secure delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days for Express Shipping options. (Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance efficiency).
Note: While we strive to meet these timelines, actual delivery dates may be affected by external factors such as customs inspections, extreme weather, or regional logistics disruptions beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight, shipping method selected, and destination address. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete your payment.
5. Order Tracking Once your package has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
6. Address Accuracy and Amendments
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Address Changes: We process orders quickly. Therefore, we generally cannot modify the shipping address once the order has entered the processing stage.
Delivery Issues: While we will do our best to assist, Deskflowkit cannot be held fully responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Damage Claims: If your package arrives with visible damage, please take clear photos before opening the package and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Tracking Issues: If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us immediately at noumenal@deskflowkit.com. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier on your behalf to locate your package.
8. Order Cancellation To maintain our fast shipping standards, orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order enters the processing or shipping stage, it cannot be intercepted. In such cases, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy after receiving the package.
