No. We operate on a strictly one-time purchase model. The price you see at checkout is the only amount you will pay. There are no hidden fees, no subscriptions, and no automatic renewals.
What is your return and refund policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unused and in their original packaging. If you need to initiate a return or have an issue with your order, please contact our support team, and we will guide you through the process.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse centre located at 18111 Blundell Road,
Richmond, BC, Canada. While we are based in North America, we proudly serve customers worldwide, with a specific focus on the European market.
How long does shipping take?

Will I be charged import duties or taxes? For customers outside of Canada (including Europe), orders may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, or taxes upon arrival.
