1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
You can request to cancel your order at any time before it is shipped.
Upon confirmation of cancellation, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund processing time: 1-2 business days
Bank processing time: May take an additional 3-7 business days depending on your financial institution.
After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Please follow the return process after receiving the goods.

2. Return Period
According to European consumer protection regulations, you have the right to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

3. Return and Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that show signs of use or damage due to improper use or handling.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Please wait for our confirmation and return instructions. Returns sent back without prior authorization may not be processed.

6. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility
For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind or item not suitable), the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. deskflowkit Responsibility
If the return is due to a product defect, incorrect item, or shipping damage, deskflowkit will cover all return shipping costs.

7. Refunds and Exchanges
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days after inspection.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that depending on your payment service provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund amount to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

8. Shipping Damage or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographic evidence. We will prioritize arranging a replacement item or a full refund.
