Upon confirmation of cancellation, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund processing time: 1-2 business days
Bank processing time: May take an additional 3-7 business days depending on your financial institution.
After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Please follow the return process after receiving the goods.
2. Return Period

6. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility
For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind or item not suitable), the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. deskflowkit Responsibility
If the return is due to a product defect, incorrect item, or shipping damage, deskflowkit will cover all return shipping costs.
7. Refunds and Exchanges
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days after inspection.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that depending on your payment service provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund amount to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
