However, as many of our products use natural materials (such as cork), slight variations in texture or color may occur. These are inherent characteristics of the materials themselves and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

   Pricing: All prices are as displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
   Import Fees: As products are shipped from our Canadian distribution center, customers in the European region are responsible for any local VAT, customs duties, or import fees levied by their respective countries.
3. Billing and Payment Terms (One-Time Purchase)
   To ensure complete transparency and prevent unauthorized charges:
   One-Time Sales: All transactions are processed as one-time purchases.
   No Subscriptions: Deskflowkit does not offer subscription services. We will never make recurring charges or automatic renewals.
   Payment Security: Payments are processed through Stripe. We comply with PCI-DSS standards and do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
4. Order Processing and Shipping
   Confirmation: You will receive an email immediately after placing your order.
   Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 day.
   Shipping: While we ensure timely dispatch from our Canadian warehouse, actual delivery times depend on international carriers and customs clearance. Deskflowkit is not responsible for delays caused by local postal services or customs inspections.
5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal (Compliant with EEA Regulations)
   In accordance with European consumer protection laws:
   14-Day Period: Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
   Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
   Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

   Deskflowkit’s designs, images, and brand identity are our exclusive property. Any unauthorized use, including “dropshipping” our designs without permission or using our brand assets for third-party commercial purposes, will be subject to legal action under Canadian and international copyright laws.
